Online Personal Training

All types of training can also easily be carried out online. You will train under my supervision from the comfort of your home and here are some of the main benefits:

 

• save travelling time to and from gym or park

• save on a gym membership

• we can train whatever the weather

• we can train even if you are self-isolating or quarantined!

• We can train even if you are away on holidays but want to maintain your fitness routine and not miss your usual sessions.

 

All you need is a smartphone or laptop, Internet and enough space for training. At the initial stage, you do not necessarily need any equipment, it will be enough for us to train with your body weight; for greater progress, weights in the form of dumbbells, weights or resistance bands can be purchased. You can train both individually and in a group, depending on your desires and preferences
