WHAT IS REHABILITATION TRAINING?
This type of training is for those who are recovering from injuries or trying to return to training after a long break. It is suitable for women and men of any age, especially for beginners who have not previously played any sports.
This is also great for those who want to strengthen their body to prevent injury while playing sports.
During these workouts, we work to strengthen ligaments, tendons and muscles to improve joint mobility and stability with specially selected exercises.
