TRX Home Workout | Training for Beginners
At one time I was looking for a simulator to train with my body weight, mainly for pull-ups. At the time, I lived in a rented apartment, in a small room and I had nowhere to hang a pull-up bar. On the internet, I stumbled upon a video of TRX straps. It was a new device and there was little information on how to use it. I purchased it anyway and began to use it in my training routine and I really enjoy training with it to this day.
A bit of background, TRX (Total Resistance eXercise) straps were invented by Navy Seal Randy Hetrick in the late 90s. Randy trained in the army to maintain his physical shape with parachute straps and a kimono belt. At the end of his service he invented this easy-to-usesimulator.
TRX is a gym replacement in one versatile device that you can carry everywhere with you – you can attach the TRX loops at home, outdoors (trees), and it is sufficiently small and light to travel with wherever you go This tool is mainly for training with your own body weight, but in some exercises you can increase the resistance by using weights. The main function of TRX is the development of strength and endurance. The core muscles are also worked out very well. You can train with any pathology, however, each diagnosis will have its own specific plan of exercises.
Of course, you can also lose weight with it: your goals determine the format of the workout, that is, if necessary, you can make up a set of exercises both for losing weight and for toning up your muscles or rehabilitation from an injury.
You can train with TRX every day from 30 to 60 minutes. If this is too much, then you can also make a program for two or three sessions per week. As in any sport, consistency is important: constant exercises make it possible to clearly understand how much a particular person needs to rest, since the effect is possible only in combination with proper rest.
